Pretty much brand new- I only bought it a 1.5 months ago but we are now moving house and it won't fit in the new one. This can comfortably fit 2 adults, though it's a very low couch. We personally used it as a children's couch in a playroom (can fit 3 kids). It folds out into a floor bed/mattress. Absolutely no damage, in perfect condition except 2 water marks from when my daughter split water during a movie (no food or anything other than water was ever allowed to be consumed on the bed/couch). I have the invoice for warranty/whatever else needed. Pick up Bonner. Will fit in the back an SUV. Can take the legs off for easier moving. (Measurements in last photo).
