The Role: Window Covering Installer & Sales Representative We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Window Covering Installer & Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines hands-on installation work with front-line sales and client support, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to directly impact customer experience from consultation through to completion. As part of our team, you’ll not only install window coverings in homes and commercial spaces, but also provide in-home sales consultations, measure and quote jobs, and help customers select the best solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities Install a variety of window furnishings including blinds, shutters, drapes, shades, and awnings according to job specifications and company standards. Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable window covering solutions. Take accurate measurements and provide professional quotes. Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the selection and installation process. Resolve installation challenges quickly and professionally. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, cleanly, and safely. Keep accurate records of materials, quotes, jobs completed, and client interactions. Liaise with the internal sales and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project delivery. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of window furnishings and installation processes. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. Skilled in using a range of hand and power tools. Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Current driver’s license and reliable transport. Physical ability to lift, carry, and install various window products. What We Offer Company vehicle, fuel card, and mobile phone provided.
