We are a small, close-knit business looking for a versatile Cafe Allrounder and Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Birmingham Cafe. This role offers a unique blend of cafe support and kitchen work, with an emphasis on assisting in our Nepalese catering service. Responsibilities: Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking, primarily for our Nepalese catering service Supporting cafe operations by taking orders, serving customers, and helping with general cafe tasks as needed Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and safe workspace Helping with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards Requirements: Previous experience in a cafe or kitchen environment or Barista preferred Flexibility to work across multiple roles, with a "pitch-in" attitude Willingness to learn about Nepalese cuisine or any prior knowledge is a plus Ability to drive a car is plus Availability for flexible shifts, including some weekends Why Work with Us?
