Restaurant Manager / Supervisor â 1 Hatted Restaurant đ Full-Time | Wednesday to Sunday Lunch | Wednesday to Saturday Dinner Join our team as a Restaurant Manager / Supervisor at our newly established 1-hatted, 100-seat restaurant with two private dining rooms (30 guests each). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and team development. What Youâll Do: Lead, mentor, and train a new team, setting the tone for a high-performance culture. Oversee floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Manage restaurant opening & closing procedures with precision. Ensure smooth service across lunch and dinner shifts (Thursday â Sunday). Support private functions and tailored dining experiences. Work closely with a small opening team, with the vision to grow the team to 25 staff as the restaurant evolves. Elevate the beverage program with strong wine knowledge, cocktail expertise, and a passion for quality coffee. Be the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests and maintaining service excellence. No admin duties such as until the restaurant is fully settled. Your focus is on the floor, the team, and the guest experience. What Weâre Looking For: Proven experience in restaurant management or high-level supervision (hatted dining preferred). A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role. Strong service and floor management skills â you lead by example. Passion for team training and building a positive workplace culture. Experience working with small teams and the ability to scale up operations as the business grows. Excellent wine knowledge â ability to guide pairings and enhance the dining experience. Cocktail expertise â confident in recommending and overseeing quality bar service. Coffee knowledge â ensuring high standards in espresso-based drinks and service.
