These are customised high quality, very heavy/ solid double glazing French style panes that will add a real sense of bespoke sophistocation to any house. The wrong double glazing was installed for Reno( we wanted 6 pane to match rest of house), so promptly swapped after installation. So essentially as new. Worth much more than they are going for.
