We are a well-established family-owned food import and distribution business, servicing customers around Australia from our base in Western Sydney – and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our small team. The position is part-time and is available for an immediate start, working on average 20 hours a week with an early start and early finish. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, honest and reliable person capable of working both in a team and independently. Applicants must have current Australian forklift and driver's licences. The opportunity – what you’ll do Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Operating forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Receiving and unloading stock deliveries Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry Inventory management - cycle counts and stocktakes Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times Delivering orders to customers if required Skills & experiences – what you’ll bring Experience in food distribution business Experience in packing fragile items for postage Forklift licence and relevant experience Valid Australian driving licence with no traffic offences in the last 3 years Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs High level of attention to detail Reliable, hardworking and punctual Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work unsupervised Ability to lift heavy objects Why join us Part-time hours with an early start and early finish Opportunity for growth within a stable, well-established business If you feel you are the right person for this opportunity, please email your resume to inf******@******.au + click to reveal .
