The SP vision is to nurture, love and introduce every child to God.  About the role The purpose of the National Director role is to provide executive Christian leadership to the people, progress, policies/procedures, and purpose of SmartPlay nationwide. The role is accountable to the CEM Group COO and SmartPlay Board, as well as the Regulatory Authorities, and works in close collaboration with the CEM Corporate Services team at the National Head Office to deliver all aspects of the service.  This full-time position will commence August 2025 (or earlier if possible) and will be located at the Erina Head Office, Central Coast NSW.  Requirements About you You have experience in leadership and people management You have experience in business development and growth You have experience in writing policies & procedures You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
