About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Hand to join Monarto Safari Resort. You would be responsible for assisting the Chefs in the kitchen with food preparation and cleaning of kitchen spaces and equipment, to ensure ensure efficient delivery of service. Some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting with food preparation, including washing, peeling and preparing ingredients Hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas About You To be successful in this role you will be passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver,  and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests. The responsibility of the Pontoon (Trade) Engineers is to supervise the maintenance and operation of the Reefworld and Heart Pontoons in a safe and efficient manner, while also conforming to the requirements set forth by GRMPA, AMSA, SMA, and Journey Beyond.
