We’re hiring: Cleaning Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable person with experience in residential cleaning to join our growing team. About the role: This is not a casual or one-off job. We offer weekly, ongoing services to regular clients across Canberra. You will always work as part of a team (never alone) and receive full training to learn exactly how we like things done. Tasks are divided between the team: one person handles the kitchen and bathrooms, while the other does dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. We rotate tasks throughout the day and usually clean between 4 and 6 homes per shift, depending on size. Requirements: • Experience in residential cleaning (essential) • ABN (Australian Business Number) • Legal right to work in Australia • Basic English — just enough to communicate (it doesn’t need to be perfect) • Availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to start • Willingness to move to full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) • Ability to work well in a team • Availability to do a paid trial shift before officially starting Important: You don’t need to have your own car or a driver’s licence, but you must be able to get to Woden Interchange or Kambah so we can pick you up.
