Selling my food and coffee van. Nothing wrong with it. I started it at 15 and now in my HSC year at school I have decided to prioritise my studies. Aside from the van, this will include; - 2 group Sanremo Zoe coffee machine (valued at approx. $8500) I bought it new and have had for a year, though it has probably seen the equivalent of a months work at a regular cafe - Mazzer coffee grinder - stand up Fridge/freezer - Pie warmer w 4 shelves - All the essential coffee gadgets (tamp, air scape, jugs, mats, brush, thermometer, dosage cups, shot cups, shakers etc) - Blackboards - Kettle It will receive a fresh coat of paint prior to sale. Does require both 10 and 15 amp power. There is a water tank and pump within the van. Coffee machine currently runs through a filter system that's connected to a food grade hose and tap. Sinks can run off the water tanks from hose as well. Also - some notes on the Sanremo. There are a few reasons I sought out that particular machine. - they are easily serviced as they are a popular brand. - Italian make, best thing to look for in a coffee machine. - steam wands themselves don't get hot so saves scraping burnt milk off and burning yourself - presentable and easy to clean - shot timer (AMAZING for letting you know what's going on inside the machine and with your dosage) - It's a cheap machine for the quality it produces. - Size wise, it gives the most amount of bench space depth wise
