Identify training needs and effectively manage team performance. Requirements To excel in this role, you will bring: Experience in the operation and management of pressurised irrigation systems. Proficiency in irrigation automation. Experience working with tree crops. A valid C-class driver’s license. Project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. While experience in a corporate agricultural environment and formal safety training are highly regarded, they are not essential.
