The Flying Duck Hotel is seeking a kitchen hand to join our brigade. The Duck Located in the heart of Prahran near Chapel street precinct we serve a classic pub menu featuring a selection delicious choices. Our wood fire grill is the centrepiece of the menu we try to feature it prominently throughout. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through our kitchen and eventually show their skills cooking over the wood fire. We have a focus on produce featuring weekly Sunday roasts with a rotating selection of meat accompanied by locally sourced produce. Successful applicants will work closely with our senior kitchen team on executing our menu. Operating 7 days a week from noon to late. You We're seeking individuals willing to learn and have an enthusiastic attitude about work. Loads of experience isn't necessary but it would help if you know some basics. You will have availability most days of the week, we will always offer minimum 20 hours with two consecutive days off. All training will be provided to you here from our amazing kitchen team.
