*** Sold pending deposit *** Selling my sons 6sp manual 2006 BMW 120i as he has now upgraded vehicles. We initially used this car to learn manual driving on his learners. It's been a great reliable car. Pros: - Current ACT rego til October - Gen E87, 5 door, 5 seats - unleaded petrol (cheap run around) - Clean and regularly services at a BMW certified garage. - 2ltr 4 cylinder engine. - 6speed manual gearbox. - leather interior. - rear wheel drive. To ensure safety for my son when driving, I have had the following done: - 4 new tyres (10,000 km). - upgraded head unit to Bluetooth touch screen. - replaced rocket cover gasket. - replaced exhaust cam sensor and oil level sensor. -replaced new timing belt (kit) -serviced regularly (noting service is now due, but as selling, have not done this) - always garaged when at home. Cons: - warning light displays for check tyre pressure. I have had new tyres put on about 10,000kms ago. I was advised my the tyre company that they suspect that one of tyre sensor batteries has gone flat. Overall inexpensive fix and doesnt affect performance, so was going to wait til next trye replacement to have it done. But tyres are good condition with plenty of tred. - some general wear and tear to the paint, including minor scrapes on the front bumper (son did some dodgy spray patch jobs to temporarily cover them up.) Tried to show in photos. - The front DS bumper has shifted (pic attached), and a dent on the rear passenger door (looks like someone opened their door into it), these were both present when we purchased the vehicle, and has made no impact on the performance and safety of the vehicle.
