Charlie & Franks is looking for an experienced Catering Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team! POSITION: Catering Delivery Driver( Your not required to provide a Vechile) LOCATIONS: North Sydney Based HOURS: Casual (Hourly rate + weekend penalties) Hourly rates based on experience. We're dedicated to continuous improvement with our people, products, and processes, and we're looking for a reliable and motivated Catering Delivery Driver to help us maintain our high standards of service. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Delivery Duties: Safely deliver catering orders to our valued clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Customer Interaction: Provide positive interactions with customers and fellow staff to foster a harmonious work environment. Operational Support: Assist with cafe operations including opening and closing procedures, service operations, Buidling packaging boxes for catering, basic prep and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the assigned areas. Standards Compliance: Adhere to product standards, Occupational Health and Safety procedures, and complete all section checklists. Team Participation: Attend staff meetings and training courses as required, and take on any other relevant duties as directed by the Management team. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or busy environment. - Strong passion for delivering quality service. - Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation. - High level of personal presentation and hygiene. - Outstanding communication skills. - Must be an Australian permanent resident, on a student visa, or a working holiday visa. - Availability for a weekly roster between Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
