As a junior customer service representative you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, serving, and presentation of Açaí bowls. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Açaí bar area. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of Açaí bowls according to recipes and customer preferences - Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation - Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the Açaí bar area - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales - Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Barista experience preferred - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about Açaí and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
