We’re on the lookout for a full-time Food Truck Manager to join our growing team across a range of exciting events and locations. 🛠️ About the Role: You’ll be the go-to person for operating one of our popular food trucks, managing day-to-day service, logistics, and event setups. This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable behind the wheel as they are on the fryers. ✅ What We’re Looking For: • A clean driving record • Ability to reverse a trailer confidently • MR (Medium Rigid) Licence – or willingness to obtain one • Hospitality experience (event catering or food trucks highly regarded) • A qualification in commercial cookery or strong passion for food • A hands-on operator who can manage equipment, prep, and service • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Good with customer service and team coordination 📅 Hours & Pay: • Minimum 38 hours per week, with more during festivals and peak season • Overtime paid or time in lieu available for extra hours • Paid at award rates or above, depending on experience 👨‍🍳 Why Join Us?
