Housekeeping and Styling Specialist

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Housekeeping and styling specialist may include: Changing bed linen and making beds Replacing used bathroom linen (towels, hand towels, bath mats etc) Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors Scrubbing bathrooms and toilets Dusting furniture Replenishing amenities as needed (bodywash, shampoo and conditioner) Restocking perishable items such as salt, pepper, tea and coffee Cleaning and styling outdoor areas such as backyards, courtyards, balconies and pool areas Removing rubbish from properties as needed Putting out and taking in the bins when necessary Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs Addressing guest requests (E.g providing extra amenities) Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time and to a high standard Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong understanding of both written and spoken English. EXTREMELY high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for any last minute changes to scheduling. Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures is a plus. Being comfortable working and driving alone (driving multiple hours a day) and the ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others. This position requires the individual to be hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards work.
