About the Role Grace International Group Sydney is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education/Admissions Officer to support international student admissions and education services. Based in Parramatta, this full-time position plays a key role in guiding students through their education journey in Australia and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with the admissions and enrolment process for international students Communicate with prospective students and provide tailored education advice Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulations and policies Liaise with education providers to coordinate placements and course enrolments Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required What We're Looking For Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector Solid understanding of the Australian education system and student visa regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with international students Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management Proficiency in using office software and managing databases Candidates with an Indian background are encouraged to apply (bilingual skills are a plus) Why Join Us?
