Room for rent(Prefer Gujarati)

A private room is available in our five-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Pendle Hill. Near train station 7-8 minute walk to Pendle Hill train station. We’re currently looking for a single person. We're all Gujarati and would prefer someone from a similar background. There are three boys currently living in the house. Rent is $170 per week (bills not included).
