I'm looking to rent one of the bedrooms in my 2-bedroom unit in Westmead. The bedroom comes with a separate bathroom for your sole use. You'll be sharing the unit only with me. The room is airy, east-facing, and gets ample sunlight. It's quite spacious and has a king size bed. There's a side table, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe in the room. The view from the unit is magnificent, and there's a great-sized balcony. The building amenities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna and tennis court for fitness enthusiasts. Coles, an Indian grocery store, GP clinic and other shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about a 10-minute walk, or you can take a bus to Westmead or Parramatta station. Bus stop is right opposite to the building. The room is suitable for a single vegetarian person, with rent of $350 per week, inclusive of all bills. The room is available from 6th July.
