If you're a Renderer keen for consistent work and to be apart of a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a team leader and 2-3 team members to create an Empower Rendering Team. The leadership role will see you managing your own team of 2 - 3 renderers on site and oversee quality acrylic render application on residential lightweight construction projects across Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Region, Sydney and South Coast (depending on your location) and other areas of NSW. This role offers excellent benefits for team leaders, including a fully maintained company car, phone, and the opportunity to lead a hardworking and professional team. WHAT WE OFFER: Sponsorship to Stay Permanently in Australia Full-time roles with job security. Competitive salary: $75k + (plus super, company card package, annual leave, and more). Comprehensive training to help you master Hebel and polystyrene installation. Opportunities to work across Central Coast, Newcastle, and other NSW locations. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: White Card (Construction Induction). Basic hand tools and an Impact Driver (or willingness to purchase ASAP). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
