Responsibilities: Prepare and Serve: Craft delicious hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, with precision and care. Educate and Recommend: Engage with customers, educate them about our drinks menu, and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Latte Art: Create beautiful latte art that delights our guests and adds an artistic touch to every cup. Order Taking: Efficiently take orders, paying attention to details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy choices, and sugar ratios. Cash Handling: Receive and process payments (both cash and credit cards) accurately. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area spotless, sanitize equipment, and ensure a hygienic environment. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels of clean mugs, plates, and brewing equipment. Quality Assurance: Check brewing equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs promptly. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, listen to customer feedback, and recommend new menu items. Requirements: Experience: Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress. Brewing Skills: Hands-on experience with brewing equipment. Sanitation Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitation regulations. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts. Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and the ability to gauge customers’ preferences. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Education: High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
