We are seeking an experienced and reliable Tree Lopper to join our growing team at Jack of All Trees. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tree lopping, pruning, and removal services on residential, commercial, and public properties. Your work will ensure the safety, health, and appearance of trees while following industry best practices and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Tree Lopping & Pruning: Perform tree lopping, trimming, pruning, and removal in a safe and efficient manner. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Equipment Operation: Safely operate tree lopping equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, ensuring proper maintenance and care of tools. Site Management: Prepare and clean up job sites, ensuring all debris is safely removed and the area is left tidy. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining the scope of work, and addressing any concerns or special requests. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete jobs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Skills required: Certificate III in Arboriculture, or equivalent, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience A minimum of 2 years’ climbing experience, with the ability to climb quickly and efficiently Proven ability to complete jobs in a timely and effective manner Crew Leader / Supervisor experience is preferred MR/HR Truck License is a plus Strong positive attitude and work ethic Ability to think ahead, problem-solve, and take initiative Excellent communication skills
