Rinnai Spectrum 28 Natural Gas Heater in excellent working condition. Gas Flue regulations have changed recently that unfortunately affects the sale of these heaters (not for any safety issues) so if you have a similar heater to this and it needs replacement it could be an ideal solution. Would be great for a landlord with a similar style heater in their investment property. The heater is very clean inside and out and is large enough to heat a larger room.
