We are looking for dependable factory workers to join our sanding team. You will be responsible for sanding timber components to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Key Duties: Sanding timber pieces by hand or using machinery Checking timber for defects and maintaining quality standards Keeping the workspace clean and safe Following all workplace health and safety guidelines Assisting with other general factory tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Experience working with timber or in manufacturing (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail Physically fit and capable of manual work Reliable and punctual Able to work effectively as part of a team Benefits: Training provided for the right candidate Consistent hours with potential for overtime (if offered) Supportive, friendly team environment Opportunity to develop skills in timber manufacturing
