We're looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our operations team in Villawood, NSW. Requirements What You’ll Do Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles Conduct visual inspections and maintain high finish standards Collaborate with the reconditioning and delivery teams Take initiative and ownership of your workspace Uphold safety and quality benchmarks across the board What You’ll Need At least 2 years of hands-on PDR experience Accredited PDR certification A keen eye for detail and precision Positive, self-starting attitude Valid Australian driver’s licence Willingness to undergo a police/background check Benefits Why Join Us Above-market salary with annual bonus – full-time, stable hours and overtime available! Responsibilities: Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic inspections to ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety and performance. Roadworthy Certification: Perform required roadworthy checks and ensure all vehicles meet necessary compliance standards before delivery. Repairs & Maintenance: Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and suspension work. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow and high standards of customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and certifications completed.
