ShareCompany: Bonnyrigg Tyres & Mechanical Pty Ltd Position – Full Time: Motor Mechanic Salary Range: $72000-$80000 + SUPER Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ability to conduct scheduled maintenance services on Light vehicles i.e oil changes and other operations listed in their service manual. Detecting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in engines, gearboxes and other related systems on a multiple variety of motor vehicles. Testing and diagnosing components with the help of diagnostic scan tools and equipment. Inspecting vehicle for roadworthiness and produce reports for required repairs. Engine and gearbox re-build up after repairs carried out. Carrying out advanced mechanical repairs to all vehicles. In order to be considered for this role you will possess the following: Relevant formal qualifications Holder of a Motor Vehicle Repairer License. At least 1 year full time relevant experience working within a workshop environment carrying out the aforementioned tasks Safety conscious and promote the safety culture with colleagues Proven experience in using automotive softwares including Microsoft excel and MYOB Proven to be a team player Exceptional communications skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels from apprentice to Management.
