As a Bar & Cocktail Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by combining your creativity with your extensive knowledge of beverages. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to enhance our bar offerings. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes. Engage with guests, assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes. Stay updated on the latest drink trends and craft seasonal cocktails. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Comply with health and safety regulations while serving alcoholic beverages. Train and mentor bar staff on techniques and beverage offerings. Participate in promotional events and collaborate on marketing strategies related to bar offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar setting. In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively. Current RSA certification and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol. Willingness to commit for the entire winter season, including weekends and holidays. Passion for hospitality and creating unique guest experiences.
