WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BARISTA/ ALL ROUNDER WITH MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO JOIN OUR FOH TEAM. THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF COFFEE, MACHINE OPERATION, SPEED AND PRECISION, ATTENTION TO DETAIL GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ABILITY TO PRIORITISE AND WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE IN A FAST-PACED CAFE, ESPECIALLY WEEKENDS. HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND HAVE A FLEXIBLE ROSTER. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN DO 30 - 35 HRS PER WEEK. These role requires team players Duties include: Making coffee, food Presentation, Record keeping, daily Cleaning and following systems that are in place. Full Training will be provided and Career progression is available for the right candidates Skills and experience At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience as a barista Cash Handling Experience Able to handle large volumes of coffee with calm and confidence, without compromising the quality and of course, with a smile Be available at least 1 day at weekends Eagerness to learn new skills.
