ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our team as an Assistant Camp Manager at Drysdale River Station in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia. In this hands-on role, you will assist the Camp Manager in creating unforgettable guest experiences by actively engaging in all aspects of the Camp operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, and general upkeep of the lodges. Your contributions will help foster a collaborative atmosphere where exceptional service and hospitality can thrive. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Take a hands-on approach by doing the work as well as assist in the daily operations of the lodge, personally coordinating and completing tasks among front of house, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with the Camp Manager to implement policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and elevating guest satisfaction. Prioritise safety across all operational facets to create a secure environment for both guests and staff. Monitor guest feedback and help to address any concerns, assisting in orchestrating resolutions that contribute to a memorable experience for all visitors. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring the lodge's operational needs are met effectively.
