Due to internal promotion and expansion Blu Eatery is looking to fill 2 x Chef de Partie roles. In this role you will be required to: Cooking of food, including bake, roast and portion arrange across multiple sections of the kitchen including grill, pans, fryer, pasta, salads etc. Plating a high-volume of dishes in a presentable manner. Cover Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shifts To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and qualifications: Qualified candidates preferred. Minimum of 1 years work experience in a similar role. Previous experience preparing dishes in a similar fast-paced role. Possess a positive, punctual and professional attitude. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. No sponsorship offered.
