Company Name: Rice and Lake Thai Restaurant About Us: We are currently seeking an experienced Cook specializing in Thai or similar cuisine to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of traditional Thai dishes with authentic flavor and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, and soups. Manage kitchen operations during service hours. Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients. Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required. Collaborate with management to develop and refine the menu. Skills & Experience Required: At least 2 years of full-time experience as a cook in Thai cuisine. Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience). Deep knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
