CENTRE MANAGER: DUBBO Radical Recruitment is proud to collaborate with a quality education provider in Sydney to handpick an experienced, dedicated and passionate Centre Director. We are looking for a professional with either a Bachelor of Education or an experienced Diploma in Early Childhood Education. This is a full-time position located in Regional NSW. Visa sponsorship / Relocation assistance available for the right candidate along with sign on and retention bonus Your Mission: As Centre Director, you will lead, observe and mentor educators and staff, ensuring the service operates in compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: · Provide vision and direction to the center, ensuring high-quality education and care. · Lead and mentor educators, fostering professional growth and a positive team culture. · Ensure the center meets National Quality Standards (NQS) and complies with all legal regulations. · Maintain policies, procedures, and safety protocols to create a secure and nurturing environment. · Support educators in child-led learning that fosters creativity, independence, and holistic development · Build strong relationships with families, maintaining open communication and engagement. · Create partnerships with the community to enhance learning experiences and center reputation. · Manage center budgets, resources, and enrolments, ensuring smooth daily operations. · Conduct tours, recruitment, and marketing initiatives to support growth and sustainability. What you'll need to prosper: We are seeking a dedicated professional with: · Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the early childhood education and care sector. · A strong track record of achieving KPIs and targets while upholding organizational policies and procedures. · Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. · Is well-versed in the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. · Is committed to excellence in early childhood education. · Brings a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills. · Shows genuine passion for the service philosophies.
