The role will be the senior leader overseeing multiple warehouse facilities across the state. Your mission: to lead a high-performing team of A-Players, ensure best-in-class safety, compliance, and customer service, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of operations. Key Responsibilities Lead Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all sites meet HSEQ standards. Team Leadership: Coach and lead high-performing warehouse and production teams across QLD sites. Operational Planning: Develop and deliver quarterly and annual business plans and reporting. Facility & Inventory Oversight: Maintain site standards and partner with procurement to manage stock and audits. Process & Cost Improvement: Identify efficiency gains, manage freight and labor costs, and prepare business cases. Project Execution: Lead local and national projects aligned with operational strategy. Systems & Reporting: Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback. You’re a seasoned operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You lead with purpose, communicate with clarity, and execute with precision. As part of the senior leadership team you’ll represent production in planning sessions, partnering with other ‘Head Of’ stakeholders, ensuring that issues are raised and addressed appropriately and that team cohesion remains strong.   Experience you'll need... Previous experience as a Head of Production or similar in a media production company. You’ll understand the intricacies and nuances of a fast-paced media business that focuses on high quality content. People management: proven experience building and leading highly efficient and engaged teams. You’ll understand the importance of career progression and you’ll be able to talk confidently to previous experiences growing and promoting those around you. Process improvement: You’ll be able to share multiple examples of times that  your ideas have boosted efficiency for the team and business. Technical knowledge: You’ll understand the technical aspects of video production and are confident engaging with shooters, producers and editors on various topics. Commercial knowledge: You’ll understand the business side of media production and can take a holistic approach to strategy planning, revenue generation and budget management. Attitude and behaviours: Superior communication skills with a natural ability to guide and influence stakeholders of all seniority. An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Parts and Inventory Controller to join our team at Crown in Berrimah. Reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for maintaining a steady flow of relevant parts across the workshop, road technicians and with our retail customers. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining accurate capital equipment inventory detailing the company’s assets within the branch. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced parts person that is looing to take the next step in their career. The role includes a fully maintained company vehicle and monthly commissions. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Receive and respond to direct customer enquiries (internal and external to meet their parts requirements). Ensure transfers, invoicing and all parts related paperwork is processed on a live basis or daily. Interpret correct parts as required. Provide customer quotations on parts, pricing and availability. Generate invoices. Manage the monthly Capital Equipment Stocktake. When freight arrives, immediately open and inspect that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Sorting of parts and accessories into specified bins, locations and advise relevant team members when all urgent parts have arrived.   Skills and Experience Experience in a similar role with exposure to parts Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support our industry leading customer service Strong attention to detail Qualifications Experience in a similar role or exposure to parts is preferred, but not necessary All TAFE and/or Tertiary qualifications looked on favourably Benefits What sets us apart?
