Parts and Inventory Controller
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Parts and Inventory Controller to join our team at Crown in Berrimah. Reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for maintaining a steady flow of relevant parts across the workshop, road technicians and with our retail customers. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining accurate capital equipment inventory detailing the company’s assets within the branch. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced parts person that is looing to take the next step in their career. The role includes a fully maintained company vehicle and monthly commissions. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Receive and respond to direct customer enquiries (internal and external to meet their parts requirements). Ensure transfers, invoicing and all parts related paperwork is processed on a live basis or daily. Interpret correct parts as required. Provide customer quotations on parts, pricing and availability. Generate invoices. Manage the monthly Capital Equipment Stocktake. When freight arrives, immediately open and inspect that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Sorting of parts and accessories into specified bins, locations and advise relevant team members when all urgent parts have arrived.   Skills and Experience Experience in a similar role with exposure to parts Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support our industry leading customer service Strong attention to detail Qualifications Experience in a similar role or exposure to parts is preferred, but not necessary All TAFE and/or Tertiary qualifications looked on favourably Benefits What sets us apart?
