Looking for a hardworking person to join our busy food delivery service business located in Botany. This is a full time position 5 - 6 days per week including Saturday, early morning start at 4:30am and finish when everything is done. The role involves loading a truck using a pallet mover and then making multiple drops deliveries using hand trolleys. Truck is a manual refrigerated 6-pallet pantech. Set run - inner city and eastern suburbs, most of the time the same customers. Your responsibilities as a delivery driver include but are not limited to loading the truck with food products, timely delivering goods to customers, providing outstanding customer service and reporting to management and customer service. In order to qualify for the position you must be: non-smoker reliable, honest and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility reasonably fit to carry out this job as heavy lifting is involved able to work independently, follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines possess common sense Work is on ABN and payment depends on the workload. It starts at $320 for an easy day and ranges to $390 for roughly 8-9 hours a day. Previous experience within the logistic or food industry would be an advantage but it is not necessary as compulsory training is provided.
