Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About the Role Under the direction and guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office, to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort. You'll play an integral part in opening our luxury safari tents in 2026. Your tasks will mostly involve: Providing high quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations Prioritising workload including task allocation to ensure your team deliver memorable experiences Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations About you The successful candidate will have: Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for delivering excellent guest services Knowledge in NewBook is desirable but not essential Excellent communication & problem solving skills Hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia First Aid and basic CPR certification Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
