Key Responsibilities includes but limited to: Perform a range of ground maintenance tasks including lawn mowing both push and ride-on Lawn care including mowing, edging, trimming, hedging, and pruning of plants and trees General garden upkeep, presentation, planting, mulching, fertilising and seasonal garden and irrigation maintenance Rubbish and debris removal to maintain cleanliness and safety Undertake all general handyman jobs within Windsor Country Village including but not limited to basic plumbing & electrical, fences, doorways, driveways, pathways, irrigation, gutters etc Time management and job tracking of handyman works undertaken for residents including estimating, quoting, completing tasks within budget and supervising other ground staff. Checking lights, security lights, vacuuming, driveways, foyers, walkways, landings and all other areas of the village for cleanness and take appropriate action.
