Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair cutting, styling, and coloring. Consult with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate services. Create a serene and welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and comfort for clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, tools, and equipment. Keep accurate records of services performed and products used on clients. Promote and sell beauty and wellness products to clients, enhancing their experience and fostering customer loyalty. Stay current with the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve services. Work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service and achieve operational goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Beautician, or Hairdresser in a similar role. Strong knowledge and skills in various beauty treatments, hair techniques, and spa services. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and personalized care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and/or hairdressing. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
