We are seeking a highly skilled IT & CRM Specialist to optimize business operations through CRM development, IT infrastructure management, and system integration. Skills and Experiences: ​You will have either: A bachelor degree or higher in the relevant field; and/ or (5) years of relevant work experience in this field; and/or The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: Analysing, evaluating, and diagnosing technical issues related to installation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and configuration of desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet, email, databases, operating systems, and security systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving system problems efficiently. Testing systems to identify and diagnose functionality errors and faults within established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards, ensuring optimal system performance. Performing organisational systems architecture reviews and assessments, while recommending hardware and software strategies to align with current and future business needs. Scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, as well as analysing and reviewing systems, data, and documentation to maintain high operational standards. ∙Identifying variations and potential high-risk areas to secure adherence to established standards and procedures. Recommending corrective action plans and implementing improvements to address non-compliance issues identified through monitoring and auditing processes. Communicating and liaising with users and management to enhance awareness of quality control issues and ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Additionally, providing education and training to support compliance. Developing and delivering technical guidance and training on application software and operational procedures to enhance user competency and system efficiency. Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including procedural, instructional, and operational guides, technical reports, specifications, and maintenance inventory systems to support operational effectiveness.
