Garden Maintenance Team Member The Garden Philosophy is a well established company looking to expand its team. We focus on high end residential gardens, on Sydney's northern beaches, north shore and eastern suburbs. We are passionate about delivering high quality maintenance. The full-time team member role will require an individual capable of working within a small team. Daily tasks will include: Trimming and shaping plants Operating petrol tools - hedge trimmers, leaf blowers etc Planting Mulching Fertilising Regular plant and soil health checks Basic irrigation and lighting maintenance Liaising with clients when necessary Desired character traits: Strong initiative Decision maker Independent but also able to follow instructions Ability to lead, train and motivate team members Passionate about gardens and plants An eye for detail and pride in your work Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and intend to remain for at least the next 2 years.
