Position Overview We are a global telecommunications company supporting enterprise clients across financial services and other sectors. We're seeking a 25 hours per week, part-time Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to provide essential on-the-ground functions for clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Serve as SDM lead for local AU accounts Customer Support: Onboarding of new customers, BAU customer support, including troubleshooting service issues. Deliver regular service reviews to customers. Inventory Management & Dispatch: Maintain device and sim inventory and fulfill dispatch requests. Collaborate with engineering teams on local testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of new products or upgrades. Australia Office Administrative Duties Act as the local interface for local office, including invoice processing and mail handling. Oversee and manage a small local storage unit for IT stock. Serve as a local liaison for Australian regulators Requirements Previous experience in service delivery and/or telecom customer support. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
