This is a permanent part-time position offering an exciting opportunity to manage a well-regarded venue with a strong focus on food & beverage, and gaming operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and gaming. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in gaming and liquor licensing. Drive business performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property. About You: Minimum of 10 years' experience in hotel or venue management, with strong exposure to gaming operations. Proven leadership and staff development skills. In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, including food & beverage service standards and gaming operations. Excellent financial and administrative acumen.
