3+ years Barista experience Have been out of the game for a little while but have worked at some busy cafés doing 15-30kgs per day with 2-3 baristas in the past and the art basics will come back quick with a place that is genuinely passionate about high quality coffee. Confident with grind adjustments and I'm super keen to make coffee again. It's nice to start people's day off with a smile and a nice brew.
