Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Indian Sweets Chef / Cook at Pure Desi in 28-32 LeeHolm Road St Marys. The Baking / Packager will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indian sweets, managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in dishes, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Qualifications • Experience in preparing Indian baked goods and sweets • Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Attention to detail and passion for creating delicious dishes • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus Renumeration • Discussed during on-site training. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year Plus Superannuation on top.
