Living within the North Eastern DE area, you have a background in Inclusive Education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.  You will be part of a team of experienced student focused professionals (Disability Inclusion Facilitators) who will visit schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings. We are passionate about ensuring the quality of our work and the wellbeing of our team. In addition to facilitating the profile meetings, you will be supported to participate in extensive training and development activities, including:  Regular shadowing provided by your Team Leader and other Facilitators. Extensive initial training as well as ongoing training and development opportunities. Regular ‘quality improvement days’. Continuing professional support and guidance from your Team Leader. Comprehensive training and support in the conduct of Disability Inclusion Profiles will be provided. Your home will be your base and you will visit schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.   In addition to providing leave for the school holiday period, we are keen to discuss opportunities for a work structure that suits you and your family, including the option to work full time or 4 days/0.8 FTE.   On offer Excellent remuneration: $108,201 salary + 12% superannuation (FTE). Ongoing training and support. About You Qualifications as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist or Psychologist. Current AHPRA/SPA registration. 5+ years of experience working in/with schools. Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience. Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education. Understanding of a strengths-based approach. Experience in group facilitation. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to work under pressure. Ability to write concise and accurate reports. Excellent time management skills. Intermediate computer skills. Valid Australian driver licence and reliable own car – required for travel. We have 3-5 morning shifts available between 6am to 2pm with 1 hour break to work for a private family based in the city. Duties include personal carer tasks such as shower, toileting, personal grooming, manual transfers using a fully automated state of the art hoist. We are looking for a driver to operate our delivery van. This is a casual role, and the work will be on an ABN basis. What you'll be doing: Safely operate van to pick up and deliver goods to each client site. Safely and efficiently supply stock to each client spot as required. Load and unload van ensuring goods are secure and undamaged. Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries. Assist with the organisation of warehouse stock and inventory. Adhere to all relevant transport, safety and environmental regulations. Provide excellent customer service to clients. What we're looking for Current Australian driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in a similar delivery/warehousing role. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness to carry out manual handling. Obtain or have a current Working with Police Check.
