Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Adaptability and patience, especially when responding to complex needs, behavioral challenges, or evolving care requirements. Strong ability to decision make and take initiative in challenging environments.  Ideal experience in mobility assistance, and promoting daily living skills, always delivered with respect and professionalism. An understanding of the importance of inclusion, independence, and empowerment for people with disabilities, and a commitment to supporting their goals. Physical aptitude and reliability, enabling you to assist with manual handling, transportation, and active engagement in recreational or community activities.
