Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team in the southern Sydney region. In this role, you will work with adults recovering from physical and psychological conditions, helping them regain independence and return to meaningful activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional needs and goals. Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans. Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance daily living skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on strategies to support recovery and independence.
