Mark Up Plans: Use software like Bluebeam to mark up plans and verify critical site information. Handle Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices using Xero Manage Emails: Respond to emails from builders and maintain clear communication. Liaise with Site Supervisors: Coordinate with supervisors to identify material needs and relay requirements to truck drivers. Document Workforce & Sites: Track employee assignments across sites daily. Maintain Site Diaries: Record daily site activities, costs, and progress in detailed journals. All-Round Support: Assist with various tasks to ensure seamless project delivery. What We’re Looking For: Experience in job estimating and marking up plans. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Xero, and Microsoft Excel (essential). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.
