Examples include handling eBay's 21st birthday and delivering 759 Messina mushroom cakes across the country, as well as launching new products to market and into the hands of consumers, such as Little Moons mochi balls in Australia.
Requirements
🛠️ What You'll Actually Do
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
Run sampling activations like a pro — from pitch to pack down
Keep clients in the loop (and sometimes ahead of themselves)
Own timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics like a backstage boss
Spot problems early, fix them fast, and leave clients saying “nailed it”
Collaborate with ops, drivers, and warehouse legends to keep activations tight
Generate leads using HubSpot & manage basic invoicing in Xero
Support and guide a junior coordinator to build team strength
Pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account growth

You’ll also bring — or quickly build — knowledge of temperature protocols (yes, ice cream must stay frozen).
