Work with other senior members of the business to procure future work opportunities. Review and critically assess estimates provided by quantity surveyors/subcontractor pricing. Provide estimating advice and comparative cost advice for alternatives if offered. Identify risks and opportunities in design and tender documents and explore alternatives in order to ensure the targeted project margin is met or exceeded. Work closely with clients, subcontractors and the supply chain to promote strong relationships. Mentor and be involved in the development of junior team members. Be involved in project delivery from tender to completion. Management of Benchmarking databases and supplier cost databases.     About You - Skills and Experience Proven track record in estimating projects up to the value of $50m. Experience in procuring Design and Construct tenders. Demonstrated a high level of accuracy in building takeoffs and rate buildups. A solid understanding of both public and private sectors. Extensive computer skills in working with Buildsoft's Cubit and Bartender software systems, Estimate One, Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel spreadsheets, and Benchmarking databases.
